Hi there!

I have had our Blue Max for a little over 2 months now. It has been a sand dweller since at the LFS. I installed a Shelf Rock for the clam to be elevated to our light. As I go to raise it, The clam begins to have these brown bubbles on the outer shell. It has good growth (Inner Pearl color inside the clam itself) always open, but once I got it on the rock... I never seen this before. Could you help?

While it appears to be bubble algae- UNconfirmed, will need pics under white lighting to clearly see what you are referring to

It was bubble Algae. The clam was a little green on the outer shell
To remove, dont open but grasp and wiggle loose in the future
