So I finally got around to getting rid of my black box LED lights that I bought from Amazon and replacing them with the AI Prime HD 16 lights. I picked up the Prime lights from my LFS and I was able to set up the light with the tank mount in about 20 minutes. I already have the Nero 3 powerhead so I'm already accustomed to using the AI app. Setting up the Prime lights with the AI took a little bit of work but I finally got a schedule I am happy with. I am struggling with diatoms and cyanobacteria on my sand bed so I am hoping that overtime my new lights will help manage my algae issue. But overall I am extremely happy with Prime HD 16 light!!! It was definitely worth it.

Nice! Looks like you're quickly on your way to an upgrade .

Buying good equipment is key because you can use it on other, larger setups in the future.

Nice PE on that torch!
Haha! I've already started looking at rimless 20 gallons and I'm planning on converting my current 10 gallon into a sump. All my current equipment should work in the 20 gallon. Now I just need a good skimmer! Also my torch appreciates the compliment :)
