I don't see any movement in your video, my first suggestion would be to get a pair of powerheads in the tank and get water movement, algae loves low flow.

What type of filtration are you running?

I only saw 2 or 3 snails in the video, I would get a bunch of turbo snails, they love hair algae. Increase the flow. Be careful with feeding, uneaten food is the main fuel for algae, feed only as much as they can eat in about 10-20 seconds. Run some activated carbon to absorb dissolved doc's, run the skimmer wet, do more water changes, brush the rocks during water changes. Use rodi water only.
