Hey guys, what's the best food out there for LPS? I'm mainly talking about for my 4 scolys and Acan colony. I know EasyReefs has an LPS food product but know nothing about it. Right now I'm just using Reef Roids, AF Phyto Mix, and Hikari Coralific Delite mixed together with tank water and spot feeding...any suggestions? How is the Easy Reefs LPS food? Masstick is made by them and is a great product...

I have been liking the Quantum Coral Cane. Bigger granules than reef roids, and apparently filler free. Mash up some in a little tank water and spot feed. Can also broadcast. Fish like it too.

Can't find it over here anywhere though...have you ever tried the AF LPS Food?

Sorry I have not, my LFS here in FL is a Quantum distributor. I guess it's an Australian company.
Do you think what I've been feeding will suffice? One Scoly actually had tissue loss at the shop so i git it for free actually and am trying to nurse it back to health. He's fully extending his tentacles at night to feed which is a good sign!

It sounds like you are offering a good diet so I don't necessarily think you need to feed something else. Up to you. I feed mine some frozen as well. It can attract some food thief's, but I feed fish first to keep them occupied while corals eat.
I'll keep up the same regimen then!

I usually feed Coral Frenzy pellets. Recently I’ve been feeding Nyos LPS pellets, what a difference, I see some scolys open a little during the day. I feed at night 3-5 pellets each, they really go for this stuff. I’ve ordered another bottle. A couple that were having receding issues seem to be looking better. I also use Tropic Marin dried phyto sparingly. Rounding out the feed is LRF nano for the mandarins , and Tisbe pods added at 8 week intervals.
