Best Food for Firefish Gobies

I recently got a firefish goby and was wondering what the best food for them is? I feed my two clowns LRS Nano Reef Frenzy, but I can't tell if he's interested in it

small meaty foods such as spirulina brine shrimp, mysisi shrimp, LRS nano frenzy, small plankton, chopped krill, PE Mysis flakes and small TDO pellets

Mine loves Reef Nutrition medium TDO pellets. Also the small pellets, but I try to get those targeted to the tailspot blenny before the firefish gets them. The firefish is quite fat.
