I condensed my evo livestock into another long running 55 gal tank I have. I had to empty the evo more than 50% water so I could move it. It’s been two days and I realized I forgot to take the beneficial bacterial and add it to the new tank. It’s been sitting w just the heater no water flow. Is the beneficial bacteria dead? If I moved it now will it just nuke my 55 gal?

I moved one of the rocks with the livestock and everything is okay haven’t had any losses. Just feels like a waste to let the beneficial bacteria die if it’s somehow still alive.

What are you planning to move from the 13.5 gallon to the 55-gallon exactly?
It’s already been moved. 2 clowns a goby some snails and crabs. A rock and coral. Just wanted to make my FOWLR a reef. So far so good. My question just pertains to the pre filter media

Are you keeping the EVO? I'd probably clean/restart it if it's been sitting for a few days.

At some point in the future I will. For now it’s just going to get cleaned and stored. So clean the ore filter media and start over? Or can I at least move the pre filter media to the 55 and when I decide to start the evo again use that to seed new tank?

I'd need to know what the "pre-filter media" is. Most of the beneficial bacteria is going to be in the live rock.

A pouch of this that I had in the tank since inception. And ooooo. I guess it’s fine then since I moved the rock and I can just keep this out of the 55 gal

They do recommend periodically cleaning it every now and then (especially if it's dirty). You can rinse it in some saltwater from your other tank and then it should be good-to-go.
