They should be fine just add your bellus angels first just to be safe. Emperor's can be fairly aggressive especially with other angels but in my experience if you add large angels at the same size and at the same time you shouldn't have much aggression.

Will a Bellus trio, a Regal, a Majestic and an Imperator be compatible?
With the regal, majestic, and imperator its harder to say for certain as every fish is different, but I did introduce a queen and a regal together and the regal left the queen alone. However the queen angel was a little larger than him and the regal did pick on smaller tangs.

As said before just get them at a similar size and introduce at the same time
