I found my anemone looking like this, curved and deflated, being weak but closes and moves normally
20240607_190217.jpg
20240607_190627.jpg
here are my parameters:
Phosphate: unknown for now
No2: 0.5ppm
No3: 25ppm
Nh4: 0~
KH: 9.3 (added buffer)
PH: 7.7-7.9 (added buffer)
Ca: 410ppm~ (added buffer)
Mg: 1100ppm~ (added buffer)
Temp: 21c (70f~)
Salinity- 1.026 ~

The parameters may look bad but I'm using many supplements to fix that so sooner or later parameters should be good. About the nitrites, it's a new tank so they will disappear in a few weeks, nitrate is unfixable in every way so it will always be at 25 or 10ppm minimum since it's a small tank

About 5 months, it was an emergency
It doesn't look too bad. Get parameters back up or down to normal levels and it should perk up. What's your lighting and flow?

The flow is normal, 3 pumps but not straight onto the anemone just flowing smoothly, the lightning is a basic yellow led bulb to mimic natural sunlight

The lighting is most likely not sufficient enough. Try getting par readings, but I would reccomend getting a reef aquarium light.

It’s fine they go through different stages shedding mucus so good flow needed
You can also feed themMlysis with a syringe only moderate amounts. Theses anemones don’t need special lighting. They thrive in cold water and 25c . If detritus form on the anemone you can blow it off with a turkey baster. These anemones are brooders they reproduce by the male beadlet anemone release sperm into the water and the female gathers and broods her young then spits the baby anemones all over the place. Your anemone is not at an emergency stage and it looks quite healthy

i think I should really put them outside for better light
If your nem has picked that spot, then it likes its lighting and flow. How would you put it outside? With such a small body of water, temp swings would happen everyday. If it's not covered, so will salinity.

I thought it was poop!! I sometimes blow the the detritus on them, and yes I use sunlight but with lots of shadows since I found them like that, if they reproduce fast then that would be good

Mmm yeah that's true it's hard to get very cold water, but I top up when the water evaporates but the tank will have to be closed soon due to high salinity

I’ve just said they don’t need special lighting
Theses anemones live in rock pools and they come under high salinity and temperatures in summer and winter. Leave them alone and Relax . I’ve just took photos five minutes ago of some of mine

I’ll agree with the let them be part. It’s better to let anemones be than constantly messing with them. This can cause them to get stressed out.

They look so cute I can't wait for them to reproduce and multiply, you're right they don't need special light so that's why I'm using a normal bulb but also to mimic sunlight a bit, I also found them in small puddles with a ton of algae and hermit crabs, and even brittle stars for some reason, I didn't realize that they also have a lot of swinging parameters in their puddles like salinity, I'm only worried about Ca Mg KH and pH so I bought buffers to fix that

Do worry try and keep your parameters stable salinity. Beadlets are as hard as nails when it comes to anemones
Just relax and enjoy your hobby no need to worry my friend and if you have a problem just post but I ensure you that the beadlet anemone isn’t at death door it full of colour and attached

Also do you have clams in your tank? I really want to keep the big ones but in fact I've had some that I accidentally took from the beach but something ate it, right after I literally came from the LFS with expensive plankton just for it, basically if you know what do they require
