I wanted something special for my personal collection, as I like to grow out and color up coral. Well, let me tell you that Battlecorals doesn’t disappoint! I have ordered two battleboxes now, and both shipments arrived in good condition.
Some history:
I had an issue with a couple tenuis not making it after a week from my first box, but was still happy with that order. I gave Adam a heads up casually in a discussion (he is very receptive to talking with Reefers) and he offered to replace them. I declined because I felt I still got a great deal.
Well, when I opened my second ever Battlebox today, there were a few extra frags in it! Not only that, but more stickers and a battlebrush were included! I immediately sent a text saying something like, “What The Heck, Dude? Lol!” He confirmed he wanted to make up for the loss (Though he didn’t have to at all). This is exactly what the meaning of great customer service is.
It is sometimes difficult to find someone that cares about reefing as much as you do. I think I have found another Reefer who does, and very much appreciate the care and effort provided with my new coral.
Edit 1-27-24:
Not only did Adam provide a great experience with my order, he took the time to answer my (maybe too many ) texts afterward. I did not feel ignored at anytime, and appreciate the feedback and conversation.
So needless to say, I will be ordering from Adam @Battlecorals many more times, as I am very pleased with both the coral and the communication I received. If you are thinking about trying out some for yourself, you will be more than pleased when you do. As I am typing this, the polyps on my new sticks are coming out! This is where the fun begins!
