Maybe I'm seeing this wrong but is this a barnacle inside my torches mouth? Is that okay for the torch?

Barnacles are very short lived in our tanks(we don't have the planktonic soup swirling around our tanks like the ocean). It will eventually die and the torch will be fine. It may shrink up a bit in that area, but should recover just fine once the barnacle dies.
