Thinking of adding bangaii cardinal fish and foxface

thinking about fairy or flasher wrasse and/or yellow midas blenny

does order matter

would do another reefsafe angel-but some think my blue tang will kill-i have not seen him be overly agressive

Banggai cardinals are not the most kinetic fish. Why are you seeking to add one? If you need something for the open water column, you should look at a radial or pygmy whitespotted filefish. Mine have never nipped at my coral, though it's been a problem for some.

I think you're just going to get personal anecdotes on fish compatibility with blue tangs. Here's mine: I've had no conflicts with mine, which is housed in a tank with a navarchus angel, a Lamarck's angel, and a yellow tang.

In my experience, tangs seem to ignore Bengai cardinals. Fish from different kinds of lifestyles and having different shapes usually do not trigger aggression. I think the tangs would not care about blennies, cardinals, file fish, gobies and so on. However, oval shaped butterflyfish can set them off.

I like the cardinals, cool and open swimming fish! I say go for it. And get a smaller foxface, I love mine. I got her when she was like an inch, she is super peaceful. My midas passed, but he was amazing! Super nice and chill
