I got a banana torch a few months ago and it has lost half its brightness. I've seen similar threads and posts but zero with success keeping the color. I want to know what anyone successful is doing. Please post pics. Here's my banana grail, led only. Torch in front is a rapunzel and one in back is 21 tails.

I have mine about 6 months and it’s approx 15” under Radons, at 60% on AB+ settings, still holding good color. My Rapunzel was a little higher, but lowered it. My phos is kept below .10 and my nitrates are 5-10. Alk 7.7-8.0. Also I broadcast feed all my torches about once a week.

the smaller one sorta grows like a cristata,
with a clover pattern.

i have the larger one sitting around 175-200 par
and the smaller one is at about 150 par

maybe light/spectrum is your issue?

I have a 6 bulb ATI t-5 fixture with led supplement, so under lighting should not be an issue. Every time I test (salifert) I get 5 for nitrates, I would like higher but the fish only eat so much. I keep alk between 7-8. I don't have a PO4 kit, but there is almost no algae in my tank. I have a foxface and a tang along with plenty of snails. Every water change I spot feed LPS with reef roids but have not gotten a positive response from the banana with it yet.
