Would you be able to share your units - I think I know - but - would hesitate to know what to say without knowing 40 what.

Right - what are the units of the alkalinity.
Alkalinity is measured in units of concentration, such as: Milligrams per liter (mg/L), Milliequivalents per liter (meq/L), Microequivalents per kilogram (μeq/kg), and Milligrams per liter of calcium carbonate (mg/L CaCO3).

When you say which one, you are asking about brands? Any that is sold in a grocery store as baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) is fine.
