Back to an algae issue !

So in the past few months I’ve had phos and nitrate issues but that is resolved now !

I recently fixed the imbalance, did a 10% WC. Did a red slime treatment, 20% WC and then a chemiclean treatment and 20% WC

Here is before and after

First 2 days went great, then come again now having spotting of the same algae. Any ideas of if this is Dino’s or cyano?
(Yes I need to do a full clean up of the hair algae still)

Thanks

many people find that dinos follows chemi-clean etc.
This is probably just because there were dinos already in the mix, and the cyano got removed by chemi-clean. Dinos will often take advantage.
