That picture was snaked from my homie Jake Weston and they printed it out, put it up and didn't tell him... When he found out via a picture on Reefbuilders, he called them out... they sent him a grip of products really quick.

Do people really run, or want to run their tanks at an alk of 12?
Because I run my reef pretty close to normal saltwater param's, which is around 7-8 alk. My Ca Rx does a fine job at maintaining the Alk, mag, Ca. So, I'm not sure it would bennefit someone like me, I would think it would spike during normal water changes.The target is 12.7, my test was 13.8, not unreasonably far off

But if your tank uses a lot of alk (and most tanks use alk in much greater proportions than cal and mag), then why wouldn't you want to water change with a high alk salt? requires you to dose less.
