I would like to set one up so I always have them available as needed for larval clownfish. I plan to handle the daily harvest by overflowing into a reef tank so it doesn't go to waste.

Anyone have personal experience with an automated rotifer continuous culture done at the hobbyist level? Was it successful? Please share details!

No hands-on experience with it myself, but these are the three methods I’ve seen that theoretically work for this (the first two are hobbyist setups, the third link is academic):
