Auto frozen food dispenser SQUISHES brine shrimps

Hello DIYers,

I am researching on making an auto frozen food dispensers. Most resources out there often use dosing peristaltic pumps for that matter.
Will the pump squish the brine shrimps and squeeze out the juice from the food? Nutrient goes waste in the water than in the tummy of the fish?
I think feed by gravity can preserve the shrimps more intact.
What do you think?

I imagine that you'll need to flush the tube completely with RO water afterwards to prevent any food remnants from rotting.

But still the squished shrimps are less nutritious and the juice will eventually enter the tank.
