Hi, I got a beautiful Australian Lobo a few days ago.

It seems is loosing colour, specially the red on the external part.

I am directly feeding it with meety food + Coral AB+. After watching a couple of videos, I moved the lobo on the side of the tank because I read it could be the light? I don't have a par meter but maybe it's still too much? I run reefled50 at blu 55% and 0 white. I placed the lobo on a support because if on the sand my hermits crab would knok over it.

What should I do?

Montipora seems to have the same issue. I add monti and lobo the same day.

My first couple thoughts are alkalinity, calcium, or sand irritation. Next is flow, these want low to medium flow, nothing direct. Possibly also nutrient deficiency. Do you feed the lobo?

since the monti is affected also, I would lean toward parameters I mentioned. But also a good idea to feed the lobo after lights out. It should show feeding tentacles and mouth when it’s in complete darkness at night

How did the lobo look when you got it? It shows Skeleton all the way around. I find it hard to believe this would have happened in a couple of days.
As mentioned before, get it of the sand, feed it at night and make sure your parameters are good.
