Tons and tons of tiny snails have taken over my tank over the last few months. Initially I thought they were baby trochus snails but they don’t seem to get any larger than a few MM. No perceptible impact on coral but can’t be sure. Anyone know what these guys are?

Here they are scattered along the glass:

Howdy! Baby trochus snails :) Totally safe, reef friendly, and can flip themselves over! Trochus are usually like $2-$3 at the store so it looks like your lucky day. They take a very long time to get bigger but they will eventually get a bit larger and start showing the red & white stripes :)

Don't think you'll have an issue at all. But I gotta tell ya, your thread title sounds like a bad 1958 B-movie classic!!!! In that vein, my favorite B-movie from that era was I Married a Monster from Outer Space! At 8 years old, it scared me!!!!

I laughed out loud when I read the title and then saw all the tiny little snails on the glass! :face-with-tears-of-joy: As others have said, little trochus snails. :)
