Bit of advice needed. So I’ve just set up an aqua reef 300. Used ocean nutrition live sand, dry marko rock that had been steeped in saltwater for a week (just to remove anny dusty residue) and ATM colony. I added 2 Picasso clowns and a coral beauty that had been in QT for 4 weeeks. I’ve made the mistake of feeding very lightly everyday instead of waiting 2-4 days. Now my nitrites are slightly going up but 0 ammonia. Should I pause the feeding to allow my nitrites to go to 0 before doing a small water change? PH is 8.0-8.15. Alkalinity is slightly low at 7
