Just received my first zoa corals. I put them on a rock in a quarantine tank and just noticed little finger like things coming out of them. The corals themselves haven't even opened since being placed in. I did a coralRX dip first and got a lot of junk off them before I even noticed these things. Hopefully they are part of the coral and not something worse.

I don't know why since I just bought them an hour ago and just added them to my quarantine tank, but sure.

Salinity is 1.025
Temp is 77F
pH is 7.8
Kh is 8
Phosphate is 0.25ppm
Nitrate is around 4ppm
Not sure on par and have no clue on how to measure flow....

They won't bother the zoas? 2 out of 3 frag plates have them. Will they spread?
No they don't sting or anything they just filter feed and chill. They reproduce by broadcast spawning so you may see more pop up around the tank, I enjoy having them tough, especially because the little ones come in many different colors.

If I have too, is there a way or a fish to get ride of them?
