ARe these fire and Ice?

The second pic looks like Creamsicles, would totally look like them if the white was a constant ring and not speckled.
Honestly, I am not sure exactly what he criteria are for F&I. because I thought it had to have a red skirt from what I saw on Zoaid. But there are plenty of people with orange skirts that call them Fire and Ice also, so I guess that is fine as well.
Honestly, I only use names to clue people into the colors of the morph I am trying to find.. past that, any rose smells (and looks) as sweet.
