Little background, I had a turf algae problem, ran Microbacter Clean + Razor combo, it cleared the turf algae up, but this started popping up afterwards. Manual removal and syphoning only works temporarily and it keeps coming back. Need to know what it is so I can better move forward as far as treating it. Turned whites up for better view.

Those are indeed dinos, and the stringy-ness tells you that they are attaching out of the water and UV will be effective against them.

Is Ostreopsis generally stringy like this or is this a different species?
That kind of long stringy-ness is most often associated with ostreopsis. (But some others can form strings too.)
