Hi all,
I’m new to reefing with a stocked used tank I recently bought. I just re-scaped the tank and one of the anemones is now close to the Duncan. After a couple days the side of the Duncan started to retract and seem unhappy. I turned the Duncan 180 degrees and moved them further apart. The injured side has had retracted tentacles the last 4+ days or so.
Questions:
-Is this damage likely anemone stings?
-Is there anything I can do to help heal the Duncan? Are they far enough apart now?
-I’ve now got kinda of a open space on the rock, any corals out there that can tolerate anemone stings?
-Suggestions on how to just removing the anemone?
Any advice is appreciated!
