Hi Everyone,
It's hard to identify if these are cynobacteria. and how should I beat it?
Someone told me this is a part of the cycle and it will work by itself.

My tank is 5 months old

Salinity: 1.025
Ca: 450
Mg: 1320
Kh: 11.5
PO4: 0.08 to 0.1
NO3: 4.5

Your tank is going through an ugly stage through which we all hv passed from. U will see many ugly algae in this stage so nothing to worry. It will go away on it's own. U can just add a wave maker in case u do not hv one

I think it is cyano :) still see what other's say.

i cant think

You don’t beat it. If you beat it with chemicals then you’ll find that something else will end up taking its place and possibly be worse.
If you want to get rid of them and you like adding corals, continue to add them. The zooxanthellae in coral will compete with the Dirty phase of a tank (I usually get the dirties 4-6 months into the tank when my parameters are in the settling stage). In my SPS/Clam System I just added corals and now my dirty phase is almost over and nearly been beaten by the Zooxanthellae (Unfortunately doing this I have had some losses from RTN and Polyp Bail Out).
That’s how you beat it if you really want to get rid of them however if you don’t, then just let time handle it :)
