Are resin decorations safe for Marine Aquarium?

My grandson bought me a mountain with a skull on it a couple years ago. I was a little leary about using it but heck it's the grandkid so I put it in and glued a couple frags on it. The frags are doing ok and after two years or so everything seem good.
