Could you keep a goatfish in a large mixed reef tank?

As far as concerns go, which items on this list would be at risk in the presence of a goatfish?
-Nassarius snails
-garden eels
-Pistol shrimp/pistol shrimp w/ goby pairs
-Ornamental inverts. Cleaner shrimp, porcelain crabs, etc. I’d assume if they’re not in the sand bed they won’t be foraged?

The porcelain crabs and similar will likely be prey, the Nassarius snails may become pray however due to them being in the sand, they may not be prey.
