Are Bristol Worms bad in a pico?

Hey I'm semi new (only 2 years) and I noticed like 5 bristle worms that come out at night in my pico tank. (3 gal) I was wondering if i should be concerned they don't seem to be hurting the corals but can they sting me? Should I wear gloves in my tank? Thx (sorry for the bad photo I'll try to get a better on if someone can tell me what kind it is)

Some people like bristleworms in their tank as part of the clean up crew. Others can't stand them (myself included). And yes, they can getcha. The bristles pierce your skin and it hurts. When doing maintenance be sure to wear gloves.
