I will be restarting my 210 gallon reef after a 2 year hiatus. I was unfortunate enough to get tasked with spending my last 2 USCG years in Kodiak Alaska. My family stayed in Florida and my wife refused to step up and keep the reef going! Not only did I have to sell all my livestock at a fraction of the cost but I also lost my foothold in the living room :D I'll post the pics from my original build and the temp pico aquarium that I kept in my Baracks room in Alaska.

The lady said the movers were trying to pull the the tank by the trim. I emailed Aqueon about getting a replacement for the cracked frame but they don't sell them for this size. They assured me that it wouldn't be an issue.

The build started in the summer of 2015 and took about 10 weeks of nights and weekends.

The Kessil A360X added as I get everything ready for the rebuild. have a feeling that I will have an extended cycling period as the summer approaches and the boat maintenance takes precedence. I used these long bolts and wing nuts for easy adjustment of height and possibly angle from front to back. I found some used 24" T5 fixtures that I might pickup on Offer-up, to supplement the 3 LED fixtures. I have no doubt the Kessil's will be enough but I really like the look that you get from adding T5's Maybe after quarantine is lifted I can do some nonessential shopping.

Congrats on setting up the new tank, sorry the wife couldn’t keep the old one going. You will like the t5 with the Kessil. It will take the spot light affect out of the led and give a nice color to the tank depending on your bulbs.

Things are looking good, keep updating the thread

Hello,
My friend is absolutely love with your fish tank stand and she bought the same exact tank she's asked me to recreate that stand for her so I'm asking if possible can you please please send me all the information you can on how to recreate that fish tank stand apart from the canopy. This will be my first aquarium stand that I'm trying to build so if you could provide as much information as possible it would be greatly appreciated like the dimensions of the stand what type of paint you used and if you can go into a little bit of detail on how you did the trim because from the pictures I'm having a little difficult time understanding what I'm looking at and how you accomplished that... I personally think it's in a beautiful stand as well and would feel honored if you would provide the information and allow me to recreate your build!!! thank you!
