Hello,

Getting a little further along on my new 75G set up. I got some dry rock from reefcleaners.org and have been messing around with a layout. What do you think? Excuse the poor pics...

Might try to add a bit more height to the middle of the left piece...but not sure...

The right side looks good. The left side looks a little unnatural to me. Just my opinion. I would suggest putting the bigger rock in the middle top of the left side on the bottom and instead of making the large flat rock on the left angled up like that try and make it more of an level overhang.

Look up "Tips and Tricks on how to Create an Amazing Aquascape" on r2r. It helped me out a lot. Hopefully it can help you, especially since you are not off to a bad start.

Just remember what's amazing to one is not to another. It's your build your vision and its your home it will be in. Do what you think looks good what you like and you will be happy.

Its hard to see the depth, and whether or not you've left ledges, and shelves to mount corals with the pics. Sometimes you can get a better result drilling the rocks, and using rods to build columns, and ledges that wouldn't stand up otherwise, and this is the easiest time to do it while its still dry.

If it were me I would be playing with different designs on a table or the ground. Would hate to see ya drop one of those rocks in the tank.
