Aquamax AF1 vs Bubble Magus large gen 2

Looking to pick up a roller mat filter and the anquamax and the bubble magus are about the same price. The aqamax mat is 6” and the bubble magus is 8”. The bubble magus is a newer version. Thoughts between these two. Thanks
