Aquaillumination Blad Grow Schedule for Rainbow Anemone

Hi Everyone

I am new to the hobby and started about 8 months ago. I have a biocube 14 gallon that I seek to keep as my new rainbow anemone only tank. I can’t find any schedules for Aquaillumination Blade -Grow to ensure I have the ideal settings. Any help or recommendations?
