Aqua UV 57 WATT UV Sterilizer. In Great condition, bulb is only 4 months old so has plenty of life left. Works great, only flaw is that the quartz sleeve is cracked on the upper region beyond the contact chamber. This does not effect the functionality or performance of the sterilizer.
