App wont load. Spinning ball of death.

Hey guys

So since GHL's costumer service is non existing and my costumer is still having issues I need some help.

So since the 18th of sept. He has been trying to get into the app on his phone or web browser. But he either gets
"Connection failed" "An unexpected error occurred" or the app will just load and load.

We have tried from several devices (Pc, Mac, iPhone, Android)

Any ideas?

Which device is it? Is it connected to the internal network? Can you reach it with GCC? What happens if you type the local ip into a browser? Can you ping the device through your network?

1- Was this working, and it just stopped working?
2- What type of Device?
3- On the PC Device, can you ping the Device to see if it is still connected to the network?
4- Do you connect to it via a Direct IP address or MyGHL?

Doser 2.1 with KH Director on it. Costumer said no with the GCC and he has not tried any of the other mentioned. I will try and help remotely with Team Viewer later today.

1- Yes its been up for a few 6months ish.
2- SA Doser 2.1 with KHD
3- Will check via team viewer later today.
4- MyGHL
