Thanks. Yes, the original screw is plastic as well. I figured I’d make a replacement before I lose it. So I made it in neon green.

I lent my wand and par meter and it came back with a broken wand, taped back together at an angle that was easier for taking measurements. I kind of remember the screw and was thinking at the time that I needed a wing-nut for proper functioning without a tool?

Recently was going to purchase a telescoping wand and extra equipment from BRS and screwed up the last step in the order somehow so it never shipped out.
