Help! Last night my power flashed. Afterwards my apex was appearing off line. I have tried to reconnect many times to no avail. I took one of the routers from my mesh system and placed it directly next to my apex. Still will not connect. I ran a hard wire to the apex and it connected that way however it is showing up as different apex with the same serial number and will only connect with the wired connection. None of my settings were carried over. Does anyone know how I can connect to the original profile?
