I', debating on getting the IM Media reactor for my IM 30L since I am getting more corals and my fish are getting bigger. If you are using one what are you using for media?

I use an Aqua Medic Multi-Reactor S for GFO... nice size, hangs on edge. Not sure on that tank layout if suitable, but has a v small foot print!

What size is your tank? The one that I'm looking at fits in one of my back chambers.

Using BRS Mini on a Biocube 32. After a few connections it does the job. The unit helped to get P04 in check.

I use a CPR nano reactor in my biocube 32. Fits awesome in chamber 2 next to my intank media rack. I'll run gfo if needed, otherwise carbon.

I have the midsize IM model. Was using it on my Lagoon 50. Ran carbon and gfo, both separately and together. The features of the reactor are good but I always had trouble with mine, probably due to operator error, but it would frequently clog and even blew the cap off a couple of times when pressure built up. I took it offline and moved on to other methods of nutrient removal. If I was using it again I’d probably use less media and change it more often. I used the Redsea carbon and BRS branded gfo.

I have a Minimax Pro Series IM media reactor (Midsize) in my Biocube32. I've had it running carbon the vast majority of time (GFO a few times).

I’ve use the IM Minimax Desktop reactor with phosban in an AquaMaxx HOB filter for my 12g. I know it’s not an AIO but the size of the HOB filter was pretty small. The reactor would work great but was a little difficult to get the flow set since the pump control is on the bottom of the unit. Once the pump flow is set, then the reactor flow can be adjusted on top of the reactor. Beware the plastic screw that comes with the unit to mount onto the tank is very cheap and easily strips the mount.

Old post I know, but so you still run this? Thinking of getting this reactor for my Waterbox 20
