This ones been in 20 gal qt for 48hrs 1 dose of cupramine, white patches still present. Should I go through with the second dose of cupramine, or water change and switch to Furan-2?

I would agree that I wouldn't add more copper unless you feel the infection was brought on by Velvet. Do a water change and start treating with antibiotics. It is less than ideal, but you can use antibiotics and copper at the same time.
More info can be found here.

Is the picture of your QT or of the fish while it was in the display? Just curious since there is a hammer coral in the picture.

You can actually dose antibiotics with copper but you have to watch for a bacterial bloom that may happen and increase oxygen. If you only just started copper then you could remove it and do Kanaplex/Furan2 (or both together for a broader spectrum) for a minimum of 10 days or until symptoms disappear. You can then resume your copper treatment.

Alright, did a big wc, and introduced first dose of furan-2, my qt tank is a 20gallon and I dosed enough for about 15gallons (just to be safe). This stuff puts like a yellow/green tint to the water.

Alright so far the furan2 seems to be effective! The white patches seem to be mostly gone and the fish isn't scratching as much if at all. I just did the second dose. A little lighter than the first though on dosage however, I don't want to cause toooo much stress

That's awesome! Keep up with it for 10 days, even if he looks 100% better before then.

Gotcha. I'm planning on a 25%wc tomorrow and then I'll let things calm down... if the white patches stay away after 48hrs should I continue with another treatment or just continue to wait?

Don't wait 48 hours to continue the meds. Treat it like your doctor tells you when you have antibiotics. You keep taking them until the bottle is empty. This is the same. Go the ten days... if the white patches stay away after that then you can stop. If they come back then we can revisit the meds you are using and the length of time.

Alright guys a little update. Quarantine was successful on the chocolate (mimic) tang that had white spots. However, I lost the one that wasn't looking near as bad as the other. But after all the sick fish is now looking very healthy and full of color. Loves food and is definitely showing a better personality

Sorry about the loss, but good to hear about the rest.
