Anyone try Reef Enhance? Its coral food via "microbrial spores" but the ingredients doesnt identify what it is. Is it just yeast? lol

I've been using it on my new tank. I think it is some bacterioplankton. I haven't noticed it raising phosphates significantly. Nitrates are up but I am dosing reef energy which is 99% likely the reason imo since I barely have any corals. I figured its basically live food for filter feeders.
