Hey I'm looking for the coral in the image. I don't believe it's a Kenya tree as the person who has it says it's 12" tall and typically Kenya trees would rather start growing branches instead of growing taller after 6". I also don't believe it's a colt coral as it's only grown up and not grown multiple stalks as they tend to. Thanks for any help.

Sure looks like a Kenya Tree to me, and yes a large specimen can have a Six inch tall trunk.
Sorry? The tree in the picture is 12" tall. I've had Kenya trees for a year in my tank, they don't seem to get taller after 6" they just grow branches and drop them everywhere ime.

Maybe the Total Height is 12”, including the rock it’s on. Or is the tank 36” or more in height? Look at other things in the picture for comparison. Also the Aquarium doesn’t appear to be anymore than 18” front to back. Put a ruler next to the coral and make a believer out of me on its true height .

That's just what I've been told. Can Kenya trees grow that in your experience? Personally they just don't grow upwards after a certain point for me.

I’ll get some pictures of my overgrown Kenya Tree Corals. It’s time for another weeding. There’s a post on YouTube, “Corals that will Grow in a Toilet.” I think Kenya is # One on there.

I used to say "you can grow that in a toilet with a packet of salt from wendy's"
