It is very beautiful anemone. However, be careful with it. It will win in every war with anything. Nothing will ever eat it. It is growing at a reasonable rate but will take over the tank. I bought 1 for 10 dollars. After 15 years it took over my 320. I got many hundreds. It multiply mainly by pinching. The top part pinched off and float off and the bottom grow a new head. You can really isolate it because the way it reproduces. When you have 5 or so, it is manageable but the more the worst it become. If you have a tank where you cannot absolutely reach all the places, do not put it in your tank. I got a thread on this anemone at RC years ago. I think I named the thread "Beautiful pests." I spend a lot of efforts to get rid of it. Finally, the Harvey tank crash, decimated it. It survived the tank crash, but I never let it take hold again and finally removed all of it from my tank.Best hitch hiker I've ever got so far. Think it might end up in my display tank
You cannot isolate it. The top pinched off and float off. It seem havyer than water so it does not float far. Just like a Kenna Tree, it đề dè all over your tank. It's beautiful. I'd be curious if you could isolate it on a rock island to control the invasion?
