Anyone have experience with Dalua X4’s with Wifi problems?

Customer bought 3 lights from me and 1 of them is not working properly. Dalua is telling him that it’s his wifi causing the problem, but that doesn’t make much sense since the other two are working.

Anyone have expertise with this?

Had the same issue last week.
One of mine would not connect .
I went into the app deleted the one light then added it .
Worked fine after that .

He deleted it multiple times and tried other wifi connections, they’re sending him a new one.
