Hoping my Nepthea will recover , yesterday the whole thing was droopy and not happy! Today all stalks are back to normal except one, after my urchin decided to pulverize it over night.

It doesn't look torn or like it's separated from the rock, so I'm hoping in maybe a day or 2 it'll come back? Should I reduce my flow or just let it have it's normal?
