Hi
I’m wanting suggestions for Lsp corals for top 3rd / left side of my tank….. Currently have 2 hammers on right side of picture…. Got a blue/green toxic hammer comming tomorrow for top part between the 2 existing hammers on the peak and placing a micromussa lord at the bottom right on the little rock….

Also corals for the tower at left hand side….
Any suggestions would be appreciated….

No idea lol torches can have very long sweeper tentacles so I would not put an acro near one , but if yr flow is good you could get away with it

What you got around them?
Hang on and I’ll take pics. I’ve got mine next to zoa in the tank they’re in not but previously they were near my toadstool leather, gsp, torch coral, and blasto welsi. Mine dont seem to bother anyone.

edit: photo attached. They’re mad because the lights just went down. When expanded they’re massive and flop all over everyone. Prior to this tabk they were in the bwck right corner of my big tank in the second pic near my torch and that massive leather

You can add some frog spawns. Blastos are a good choice for adding color. And, zoanthids can take a lot more light than you’d expect, as long as you start the frag on the bottom and move it up slowly over a couple weeks. I have a colony doing great in the 225-250 par range of my tank.
good luck!

Candy cane corals require lower light. Usually at the bottom. Depending on lighting, even shaded areas. Mine are completely plumped up in the 125-150 par range.
Mine are growing just fine like 3” from the waters surface. My biggest colony is halfway up my tank.

Also what can I place near torch coral without a massive risk and if there isn’t any would there be an issue putting one top of tank….. Not got a par meter but don’t think it would be massive.
More torches, can go near those torches. I would get to close with other types of coral.

All suggestions really depend on what kind of lights you have and how close they are to the surface.
I wouldn’t recommend blastos for the top of the tank unless you have relatively dim lights—more of a lower light coral

Light is standard that came with tank no idea of its out put, except it’s rated at 24w 1980 lumens …… Aqua sky…… I’ll try torches up top then as I don’t think it’s a powerful light

Not sure a pipe organ would be considered a LPS as I’ve seen it referred to as a softie but mine seems to like being close to the lights.
This hobby is so odd mines doing very well in just the opposite conditions. 75g under a kessil ap700 at 50%.
