I got this angelfish 2 weeks ago. It's been in qt with copper I noticed since day one there was a white spot on the back fine. Now it looks like it turned color not sure what it is.

To me it still looks like lympho - google
Image Lymphocystis on fish and see if it matches - it is a common virus on angels and butterflies and will go away with good nutrition and water quality. It will look cauliflower like on the fin
