Hi all - can I please get an ID on this anemone and is this anemone bleaching? I can't seem to tell the strain?

It looks to be a bubble tip anemone, likely the rainbow variety.

It is slightly bleached, yes. With proper light, quality water and care it will regain its color in time. It looks fine otherwise.
