Anemone/fungia health

Hey guys I would just like a second opinion. This guy hasn't been comming out as much recently; how does he look to you guys?

Lfs called it a green plate anemone, but I saw online it was fungai, so I wasn't sure. Can't remember my levels ATM because I'm not home, but salinity was 1.028; so I'll take care of that. I feel I can ask if this looks healthy or not.... Sorry if I'm goin about it wrong
