amount of live rock for new Biocube 32

Coming back to the hobby after an 8 year hiatus. Going with TBS or Gulf Live Rock and sand. How much do you all think is the right amount for a Biocube 32, since it is heavier than other rock. While you're at it, show me your TBS/Gulf live rock tanks!

You might consider 25-30lbs sand and 30-50lbs rock.

Id recommend my 35 pound package of rock and my 25 pound package of live sand. Thanks Dan
