We made our first order with Alyssa's Seahorse Savvy and discovered that the large blue aquarium conditioned mandarin that's supposed to be eating live brine shrimp wouldn't eat live brine shrimp (or baby brine shrimp, or any non live foods for that matter). We contacted her 3.5 days ago and haven't heard anything back. We emailed her twice. She's refusing to respond to us.

Here's a video of the so called "aquarium conditioned blue mandarin dragonet" (it's the larger of the two) that's supposed to be eating readily minimally live brine shrimp.

We sent her the video as well to no avail.

Edited to add: We tried feeding him over the course of several days in a much larger container and even the main tank with no success.
