Good afternoon everyone,
I went on holidays and my pump turned off. After getting back I had this algea or dino outbreak I can't seem to figure what it is.
It was able to be blown straight off with Turkey basket. However now it's this very thin hair like appearance and doesn't come off easily.
It's growing all over including coral and can see corals aren't happy.
My nitrates are 20-30ppm and po4 is 0 on the hanna test kit low range. I had a drop in my alk and it stayed at 6.7 for about a month but now is back to 7.7
I have reduced the light schedule and dosed peroxide every night bit it seems to thrive still.
It had the appearance of dino at first but no bubbles on it.
Does anyone know what this is
